Implement MEP solutions as per drawings for construction projects Manage multiple projects Preparing cost estimates for MEP and HVAC systems Coordinate with architects, engineers & contractors Install, maintain & trouble shoot MEP Installations Provident fund
Responsibilities: * Create, modify drawings using AutoCAD * Collaborate with design team on project execution * Familiarity with CMDA / DTCP Norms * Combine FMB Sketches & prepare Layout Sketches * Prepare technical specifications & documentation
Supervise site activities Plan, organise, and manage resources Ensure quality construction is carried out as per drawings Site reports progress & documentation Reinforcement, shuttering & concrete work Interact with Contractors, Architects, vendors
