Job description: Job Title: Purchase Executive Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers with basic procurement knowledge are welcome) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to manage end-to-end procurement activities. The role includes identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating terms, raising purchase orders, tracking material delivery, and maintaining accurate purchase records. Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery. Raise and process purchase orders on time. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse. Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely delivery. Maintain supplier database, records, and purchase documentation. Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and vendor payments. Conduct market research for competitive sourcing and new vendor development. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field. 2–5 years of experience preferred; freshers may also apply. Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and basic ERP usage. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills. Ability to manage pressure and meet timelines.
