1. Identify and source mechanical materials
2. Collecting the quotations.
3. Preparing comparative statement.
4. Negotiate with suppliers.
5. To develop new vender relationships.
6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team.
7. Prepare new purchase orders, work orders, payment notes.
8. Collecting invoices, LR Cop and supportive documents.
9. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery and cost.
10. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards
11. Prepare regular reports on purchase activities weekly and monthly basis.
Procurement, supplier relationship management, negotiation, ERP software, Market Analysis,
Inventory mgmt., report preparation, reconciliation, warrantee.
Computer knowledge, English, Hindi & Telugu languages for communication.
The profile requires close working with the Top Management along with respective
executive team in order to achieve strategic objectives. The profile requires multi-tasking, ability to
conceptualize, implement new processes, create - update - follow up, attention to detail, working
under stringent deadlines and aggregating and interpreting data. The profile provides exposure to
diverse challenges facing the Senior Management.
