Role & responsibilities 1. Study of Contract Agreement and contractual communications; and identify areas of disputes. 2. Resolution of Disputes with Suppliers / Contractors; as per the provisions of the Contract, Agreement. 3. Prepare and Issue of LOI, Work order and Agreements, both Indian and FIDIC contracts. 4. Review and finalization of General Conditions of Contracts, Special Conditions of Contracts, BOQ, Technical Specifications with Consultant and concerned. 5. To attend in person all Arbitration Cases and hearings. 6. Preparation of claims and identify variations from the Contract Agreements & realization in favour of the Company. 7. Vetting of contractual communications / generating the same. 8. Provide leadership to ensure continued growth of Company's clients base market share in the vertical. 9. Evaluate the pre-qualified, subcontractors / vendors and recommends for approval on the basis of policies and guidelines laid down by the Company 10. Negotiate revisions changes and additions to contractual agreements with consultants engineering and construction firms suppliers and subcontractors. 11. Resolve all matters related to the contractual terms with owner or project / SPV. 12. Coordinate with various department of Head Office. 13. Submit MIS reports to Top Management. 14.
