Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Design, Stores, etc.) to understand material requirements.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per requisition and follow up for timely delivery.
Source, evaluate, and maintain a database of reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material supply without overstocking.
Track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or documentation.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in vendor evaluation and performance analysis.
Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments and invoice clearance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
