Job Title: Purchase Coordinator – Manufacturing & PackagingJob Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive Purchase Coordinator to support our manufacturing and packaging operations. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities, maintain supplier relations, and ensure the timely delivery of materials to maintain uninterrupted production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and packaging supplies.
• Maintain up-to-date procurement records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Track orders and resolve any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or quality.
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams to understand requirements and address sourcing needs.
• Evaluate supplier performance to ensure goods and services meet quality and cost expectations.
• Process invoices and ensure proper documentation for all purchases.
• Identify potential suppliers and contribute to supplier assessment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
