-Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors & suppliers for procurement of goods.
-Ensure timely purchase & follow-up of stock based on demand, sales trends and stock reports.
-Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate for best rates, credit terms and timely deliveries.
-Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
-Coordinate with warehouse, accounts and sales teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
-Track purchase requisitions, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and vendor payment status.
-Maintain updated records of suppliers, agreements and price lists.
-Analyze purchase data and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
-New brand/product onboarding on the Application
-Graduate (Any Stream).
-Fresher or 1years of experience in procurement/purchase/supply chain (preferably in FMCG, stationery or e-commerce).
-Strong negotiation & communication skills.
-Knowledge of Zoho/Tally or other purchase software is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in MS Excel for purchase analysis & reporting.
-Detail-oriented and strong in vendor coordination.
