Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Coordinator to support the procurement and purchase operations at our Chakan factory. The role involves maintaining purchase documentation, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting audit and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and supplier correspondence
• Update procurement logs, registers, and internal tracking sheets regularly
• Assist in maintaining vendor and material master data in ERP/system
• File and organize digital and physical procurement documents
• Track order status and update records accordingly
• Support the purchase team by preparing basic reports and summaries
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure documentation completeness
• Ensure proper documentation for internal audits and compliance
• Prepare and manage documentation for material movement and logistics operations across the company

Required Skills & CompetenciesMust-Have Skills

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or any related field
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Work Details

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Work Location: Andheri East

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: ₹17000– ₹25000 per month (depending on experience)
• Provident Fund (PF): As per company policy
• Paid Leave: 23 paid leaves per year
