Role Summary

As our Purchase Coordinator, you’ll be the anchor of the purchasing workflow, managing everything from Purchase Request (PR) to final delivery at the warehouse. Your job will be to ensure that every product is sourced on time, every PO is followed up without fail, and every shipment is matched, logged, and cleared like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, deliveries, and follow-ups.
• Monitor stock levels and align purchases with sales forecasts.
• Update and maintain channel-specific pricing sheets (MYG, LFR, GT, MT, CE).
• Track sales vs stock and flag shortages, surplus, or slow-moving items.
• Prepare purchase-related reports: pending orders, stock aging, purchase vs sales.
• Ensure timely communication with warehouse and sales for smooth stock allocation.
• Track supplier credit terms (max 45 days) and coordinate with Accounts for payments.
• Maintain accurate ERP entries and documentation for all purchase activities.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in purchase coordination (electronics, appliances, or accessories)

Proficiency in vendor communication, follow-ups, and documentation

Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in managing tasks

Language: English (required), Malayalam/Hindi (preferred).

Good to Have

Experience with LFR, GT, or online/offline channel sourcing

Knowledge of BIS/BEE certification, warranty handling, and return processes

Ability to handle urgent orders, seasonal procurement spikes, and pricing conflicts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
