Job Description

Primary responsibilities

  • Order processing: Review purchase requisitions from various departments and process accurate and timely purchase orders.
  • Supplier management: Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing, and build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Inventory control: Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations and coordinate stock replenishment as needed.
  • Delivery tracking: Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules to ensure goods and services arrive on time. Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
  • Cost analysis: Conduct market research and compare quotes from different suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Record keeping: Maintain accurate and updated purchasing records, files, and data in the company's systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
