Site Supervisor

Qualification - Diploma/B tech

Experience - minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and workers to ensure timely execution of works.
• Interpret drawings and specifications to guide site teams.
• Ensure quality control for materials and workmanship as per approved standards.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to achieve project timelines.
• Maintain site records, daily reports, and attendance of workers.
• Ensure site safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and verify against purchase orders.
• Resolve site-level issues and report project progress to management.
• Assist in verifying subcontractor works for billing and approvals.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supervising interior works / fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, electrical, and plumbing coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Good leadership and communication skills to manage site teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
