Role Summary

As our Purchase Coordinator, you’ll be the anchor of the purchasing workflow, managing everything from Purchase Request (PR) to final delivery at the warehouse. Your job will be to ensure that every product is sourced on time, every PO is followed up without fail, and every shipment is matched, logged, and cleared like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete procurement cycle from PR to PO to warehouse handover

Prepare and issue accurate Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requisitions

Coordinate with vendors for confirmations, delivery timelines, and dispatch documents

Track all inbound orders and update ETA sheets for team visibility

Work with the warehouse for GRN (goods receipt) updates and stock confirmation

Ensure clean documentation flow: PO → GRN → Invoice → Finance

Handle return/replacement cases (RMA), vendor escalations, and pricing clarifications

Maintain updated ERP records, price lists, and vendor performance logs

Share weekly PO status reports and exceptions with the Head of Purchasing.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in purchase coordination (electronics, appliances, or accessories)

Proficiency in vendor communication, follow-ups, and documentation

Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools

Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive in managing tasks

Language: English (required), Malayalam/Hindi (preferred).

Good to Have

Experience with LFR, GT, or online/offline channel sourcing

Knowledge of BIS/BEE certification, warranty handling, and return processes

Ability to handle urgent orders, seasonal procurement spikes, and pricing conflicts
