Role Responsibilities Lead and oversee the academic operations of the institution. Develop and implement effective curriculum plans that meet educational standards. Manage and mentor faculty members to enhance teaching quality. Facilitate staff development programs to promote professional growth. Evaluate student performance through assessments and learning outcomes. Engage with parents and the community to foster relationships and support. Participate in strategic planning and school improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies. Analyze academic data to inform decision-making. Implement innovative teaching practices and methodologies. Organize and oversee school events and activities. Address and resolve student and staff issues promptly. Promote a positive school culture and environment. Collaborate with other educational institutions for better practices. Maintain effective communication channels within the staff and leadership. Qualifications Master’s degree with Phd in Education or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in educational leadership. Strong understanding of curriculum standards and development. Proven experience in managing staff and educational programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with student assessment and performance evaluation. Proficiency in educational technology and software. Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices. Cultural competence and understanding of diverse populations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Ability to foster a collaborative team environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
