About The Opportunity Embedded in the fast-growing higher-education and management studies sector, we deliver BBA & MBA, executive education and research programs that shape next-generation business leaders. From our on-site campus in India, our faculty blend academic rigour with industry relevance to create transformative learning experiences across marketing, organisational behaviour and general management. Role & Responsibilities Teach dynamic graduate & postgraduate courses in Marketing, OB and General Management using cases, simulations and applied projects. Develop outcome-based curricula, assessments and digital learning resources aligned with national and international accreditation standards. Produce and disseminate original research in high-impact journals; secure external grants and present at global conferences. Guide MBA capstone projects, doctoral dissertations and student clubs while providing personalised academic advising. Foster corporate partnerships to bring live consulting briefs, guest speakers and internships into the classroom. Serve on departmental committees, contribute to accreditation reports and engage in community outreach initiatives. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have PhD or equivalent doctoral degree in Marketing, Management or related discipline from a recognised institution. Minimum two peer-reviewed journal publications or equivalent research portfolio. Proven classroom teaching effectiveness at postgraduate level, evidenced by feedback and peer reviews. Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Excellent English communication and academic writing ability. Preferred Industry consulting or corporate training experience. Familiarity with NAAC, NBA accreditation processes. Exposure to digital learning platforms and instructional design tools.
