Public Relations & Communications Manager

What You’ll Do

Public Relations & Media Strategy (Core Focus)

• Develop and execute

  PR campaigns

  that strengthen brand credibility and awareness.
• Craft

  press releases, media pitches, and opinion pieces

  spotlighting Starweaver’s innovations.
• Build and nurture

  strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers

  .
• Secure

  earned media placements

  across tech, education, and business publications.
• Manage media inquiries, coverage tracking, and reputation monitoring.

Content, Storytelling & Thought Leadership

• Create

  bylined articles, case studies, and brand narratives

  that position leadership as industry voices.
• Manage

  award submissions, speaking opportunities, and recognition programs

  .
• Handle

  crisis communication

  and maintain brand integrity during sensitive situations.
• Partner with creative and leadership teams to align storytelling with brand vision.

Podcasts & Media Engagements

• Secure

  podcast, panel, and interview opportunities

  for the founder and key leaders.
• Prepare

  briefs, talking points, and post-event amplification plans

  .
• Repurpose media appearances into

  social and marketing content

  .

Event Marketing (20%)

• Support

  select webinars, press briefings, and roundtables

  to enhance PR visibility.
• Coordinate

  media invites and event coverage

  opportunities.
• Create

  newsworthy moments

  from key events to amplify media coverage.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of

  PR, communications, or media relations

  experience (preferably B2B or tech/edtech).
• Proven track record of

  securing top-tier media coverage

  and building brand visibility.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Existing network of

  journalists, media, or influencer contacts

  .
• Experience with

  hybrid or virtual event promotion

  is a plus.
• Comfortable using

  AI tools, analytics dashboards, and PR automation platforms

  .
