Public Relations Officer

HR / PRO Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support performance management, training, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.
• Handle payroll coordination, leaves, and exit procedures.

Public Relations Officer (PRO):

• Proficient in negotiating contracts and managing tasks through strategic prioritization to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
• Responsible for reporting to the CEO/Chairman and capable of efficiently supporting personal assistant duties when needed.
• Liaise with government departments for licensing, documentation, and legal compliance.
• Submit company and employee-related documentation to authorities as required.
• Track and renew trade licenses, labor cards, and other legal documents on time.
• Stay updated with changes in labor and immigration laws and ensure company compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in both HR and PRO functions.
• Strong knowledge of local labor, immigration, and governmental procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

international travel to Belize, Costa Rica, and Dubai
