USA Government Contracting Knowledge

SBA 8(a), GSA MAS, HUBZone, DBE, MBE, SWaM, Set-Asides, FAR/DFARS, Procurement Compliance

Preferred Federal & Commercial Client Experience (Summary)

Federal Agencies (Strongly Preferred): DoD, DHS, HHS (CMS/NIH), DoJ, Treasury, VA, DOT (FAA), GSA, DOE, USDA, NASA, EPA, SSA, DOC, HUD, US Courts

Commercial & Subcontracting Prime Contractors (Strong Plus): CACI, SAIC, Leidos, Accenture Federal, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte, IBM Federal, GDIT, ManTech, KBR, Amentum, Jacobs, CGI, Peraton

Responsibilities:

• Manage full

  proposal/bid lifecycle

  for USA clients
• Review & analyze RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements
• Write, edit & format compliant proposals
• Lead

  Bid/No-Bid

  discussions
• Ensure Federal compliance (FAR/DFARS)
• Coordinate inputs with internal teams
• Track submissions, awards, renewals & pipeline
• Maintain proposal templates & library

Experience Required

• 310 years

  experience in USA Proposal/Bid Management
• Strong writing, documentation & formatting skills
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work independently with

  full ownership
