Analyze technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications to estimate costs for materials, equipment, and automation panels. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for automation projects and production activities. Develop accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for panels such as PCC, MCC, IMCC, APFC, PLC, VFD, Control Desks, and Control Panels. Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure accurate technical and commercial inputs. Monitor estimated vs. actual costs and recommend corrective actions. Prepare quotations and proposals based on project requirements, using tools such as EPLAN, AutoCAD, and cost estimation or project management software, with a solid understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and robotics systems.
