Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Proposal Engineer position based in Pune. The role involves preparing and writing proposals, providing technical input for automation projects, and supporting sales initiatives. The Proposal Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and engineering, to develop technical solutions tailored to client needs. The role also includes ensuring accurate costing and compliance with client and business requirements. Qualifications Strong skills in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of automation technologies Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management Understanding of Procurement processes and vendor evaluation Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to analyze technical requirements and develop comprehensive proposals Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, or related field) Experience in the industrial automation sector is a plus
