POSITION : ESTIMATION & PROPOSAL ENGINEER Department : Technical/Production Department Industry: Industrial Automation / Manufacturing Experience: 2-5 Years Nexus Automech Private Limited, Established as a Partnership firm in the year 2016 at Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India), we “Nexus Automech Pvt. Key Skill: Able to prepare accurate cost estimates, analysing production expenses, and contributing to efficient project planning. will play a key role in budgeting, vendor evaluation, and helping our organization achieve cost-effective and high-quality production. Hiring preference for candidates who live in the local area and whose experience and qualifications align well with the job requirements . Job Description: · Analyze drawings, BOMs, and specifications to estimate costs of materials, equipment, and Panel. · Prepare cost breakdowns for automation projects and production activities. · Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams for accurate inputs. · Monitor actual vs. estimated costs and suggest corrective actions. · Familiarity with project management software, cost estimation tools, and EPLAN /AutoCAD or other design software. Understanding of automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robotics. Develop Bill of Materials ( BOM ) for automation systems (like PCC panel, MCC panel, IMCC Panel, APFC panel, PLC panel, VFD panel, Control Desk & Control Panel OR similar panel). Prepare quotations and proposals based on project requirements.
