Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer inquiries (RFQs) for various boiler spares like tubes, headers, burners, and pumps .
• Interpret OEM drawings, P&IDs, and parts lists to identify the correct components.​
• Clarify technical requirements with customers and internal engineering teams.
• Select and source parts from approved manufacturers and alternative suppliers.
• Calculate material take-offs and create labor estimates for services, freight, and packaging.
• Prepare detailed technical-commercial proposals covering scope, pricing, and terms.​
• Develop cost-saving solutions, such as material upgrades or reverse-engineered parts.
• Negotiate technical aspects with customers and provide support to the sales team.
• Maintain deep familiarity with boiler pressure parts and associated materials.

Qualifications

• An engineering degree is required.​
• Candidates must have 5–8 years of experience in boiler spares or service.​
• Strong proficiency with OEM drawings, ASME codes, ERP systems, and Excel is necessary.
• Applicants should have experience with boiler OEMs and knowledge of HRSG or biomass systems.
• The role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with strong communication, multitasking abilities, and a commercial mindset.
