Job Title: Proposal Engineer
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to RFQs/RFPs and tenders. Analyze project requirements, prepare BOQs and cost estimates, coordinate with engineering, sales, and vendors, and ensure compliance with client specifications and company standards. Support pre-sales activities and maintain proposal documentation.
