Job Description

Post - Autocad Programmer Exp - 1 Year to 2Yrs.(In Manufacturing Industry) Industry: Sheetmetal , fabrication Location -Khed Shivapur, Pune Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Responsibility: Create and optimize nesting layouts for sheet metal parts using AutoCAD and nesting software , Generate CNC code (G-code) for laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, or similar). Import and modify part drawings (DXF/DWG) to ensure readiness for nesting and cutting. Determine material utilization and recommend changes to improve yield and reduce scrap. Collaborate closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and process accuracy. Maintain a database of standard and custom parts, material inventory, and sheet layouts. Conduct machine setup support as needed and provide technical troubleshooting for cutting issues. Ensure nesting files follow production scheduling and priorities. Monitor nesting efficiency and suggest improvements for lean manufacturing.
