Location -Ahmednagar,Maharashtra and Babhleshshwar,ahmednagar Qualification: ITI/Diploma/B.E in Mechanical/Electrical Salary: Depend on Experience and Knowledge Job Description: To attend the after-sales Service complaint as per complaint register. Arranging for job work/ machining required for completing the engine assembly Preparation of FSR after resolving the complaint thereby taking customer feedback on FSR & report to concerned service in-charge. Carrying out servicing of engines ( based on breakdowns , installation checks , AMC’s , Survey reports ) Identifying spare parts of engines required for Overhauling of engines. Enquiry generation for DG set, RECD and AMC . Education to customer about genuine spares and services. Activities: Attending complaints as per SLA. Replacement of parts/Spares as per assigned scheduled service maintenance. Understanding & resolution of customer grievances. Providing basic DO’s and DON’T’s training to customer. Providing basic information about new product or service to customer. Maintaining good RAPO with customer. Two wheeler is must.
