A Mechanical Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery at client locations. The role ensures high-quality service support, minimal machine downtime, and strong customer satisfaction. The engineer also provides technical guidance, prepares service reports, and supports continuous improvement activities. Diagnose mechanical faults using tools, testing kits, and technical documentation. Replace or repair mechanical components as required. Prepare detailed service reports, job sheets, and maintenance logs. Identify spare parts requirements during servicing. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, blowers, pumps, HVAC, industrial machinery, etc. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
