Job Description

Role Overview: Vidhaatri Technologies is a well-known brand in the industry, recognized for its fast-growing professional services in the field of automation and non-automated material handling equipment integration, design, and manufacturing. They specialize in various types of high-speed conveyors, sorters, intelligent systems, telescopic belt conveyors, loading and unloading dock solutions, freight lifts, and customized solutions for material handling and storage. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot, test, and analyze complex issues to ensure uninterrupted performance of equipment/solutions - Make recommendations for upgrades and benefits of preventative maintenance - Schedule warranty and post-warranty requirements - Assist clients over distance calls to provide customer support - Prepare spares quotes, service quotes, and AMCs - Plan strategies to generate revenue from the existing client base Qualification Required: - ITI, Diploma, Graduate, or Certified Technicians preferred in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering - Experience in material handling equipment with knowledge of hydraulic systems and electrical control panels - Exposure to industrial automation is an added advantage - Prior experience with pallet trucks, electric stackers, forklift trucks, dock levelers, and conveyors - Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electricals, HMI, and PLC - Minimum of one year experience for entry-level positions; more than 3 to 4 years for senior positions Note: The job is full-time and requires in-person work.,
