Proposal Engineer

Water & Wastewater Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client inquiries and develop suitable proposals for

  Water Treatment Plants (WTP)

  .
• Select appropriate treatment schemes, including

  ZLD

  , recycle systems, RO, UF, DM, and more.
• Conduct detailed process and design calculations for various water treatment units.
• Prepare comprehensive

  Technical Documentation

  , P&IDs, and

  Basic Engineering Packages

  .
• Estimate costs and prepare competitive techno-commercial offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and OEMs for proposal finalization.
• Handle vendor negotiations and participate in key client discussions.
• Ensure compliance with documentation and drawing standards.
• Stay up to date with sector-specific water quality norms and parameters.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in

  Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

  .
• 6

  –10 years

  of experience in

  proposal engineering

  within the

  Water & Wastewater

  industry.
• At least

  5 years of experience

  specifically in

  WTP proposals

  .
• Deep understanding of water chemistry, sector-specific standards, and process flow requirements.
