Property Acquisition Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify potential sites for acquisition based on business requirements (e.g., retail outlets, warehouses, offices, telecom towers). Conduct market research, site visits, and feasibility studies. Liaise with property owners, brokers, and consultants for negotiations. Evaluate legal and regulatory aspects of properties in coordination with legal teams. Ensure timely documentation including MoUs, Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, etc. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, design, finance) to complete acquisition lifecycle. Monitor property acquisition pipeline and report progress to senior management. Maintain a database of potential properties and market intelligence in Raipur and surrounding regions. Manage vendor relationships (brokers, surveyors, legal advisors) to ensure efficiency and transparency.
