Key Responsibilities Identify and shortlist potential properties for retail/franchise expansion in Raipur and nearby areas. Conduct market research, site feasibility, and demographic analysis to support location selection. Liaise and negotiate with property owners, brokers, and local authorities. Assess legal documents, zoning, and compliance requirements with support from legal teams. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, projects, finance) for timely approvals. Track and report acquisition pipeline and performance metrics regularly. Ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and company expansion strategy.
