Key Responsibilities:
The role involves engaging buyers and influencers of architectural aluminium fabrication solutions, with responsibilities including:- Mapping and tracking new projects in the assigned territory.- Analyzing the local competitive landscape and architectural trends.- Understanding customer and project-specific requirements.- Assessing customer buying practices, behavior, and market reputation.- Effectively positioning Kalcos offerings and strengths.- Preparing and presenting proposals.- Leading final discussions and negotiations with stakeholders.- Ensuring the project execution team receives all relevant details and access within the customers organization.- Taking ownership of project delivery in line with agreed terms.- Managing collections, including advance payments and receivables.- Obtaining written testimonials from clients or influencers as evidence of successful project delivery.- Maintaining client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
