Job Description

As a Project Sales Manager in the Building Material, Bathware & Sanitaryware industry based in Delhi, you will be responsible for driving sales through project-based clients such as builders, contractors, architects, and developers. Your role involves identifying large-scale project opportunities, establishing strong B2B relationships, and ensuring successful execution of high-value sales deals. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and secure large-scale project sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. - Develop relationships with builders, developers, architects, contractors, and interior designers. - Conduct market research to identify upcoming construction projects and bid for tenders. - Promote company products to be specified in ongoing and upcoming projects. Engagement with Industry Professionals: - Build a strong network with architects, consultants, and project management companies. - Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business networking events to enhance brand visibility. - Organize product presentations and workshops to educate industry stakeholders. Specification & Product Approvals: - Work with architects and consultants to get bath ware and sanitary products specified in project designs. - Provide technical details, design support, and product catalogs to decision-makers. - Coordinate with internal teams for necessary approvals and documentation. Proposal Submission & Negotiation: - Prepare and submit high-value project proposals, tenders, and quotations. - Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules with project stakeholders. - Work with finance and legal teams to finalize project contracts and agreements. Project Execution & After-Sales Support: - Ensure smooth delivery, installation, and post-sales service for large projects. - Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and technical teams for timely execution. - Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals. Sales Performance & Reporting: - Track and analyze project sales performance and provide regular reports to management. - Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain a competitive edge. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for project-based clients. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project sales within the Home Decor, building material, bathware, or sanitaryware industry. - Strong industry network with builders, contractors, architects, and developers. - Experience in handling bulk sales, institutional sales, and B2B transactions. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. - Ability to work on project tenders, specifications, and contract finalization. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales reporting tools. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts at the designated in-person work location.,
