Job Description

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and target new construction and infrastructure projects in the region.
  • Generate enquiries and follow up for sales of products such as waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, grouts, repair mortars, coatings, sealants, and flooring solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients and consultants.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.

2. Project Management & Coordination

  • Track ongoing and upcoming projects through liaison with architects, consultants, project managers, and contractors.
  • Ensure timely order execution, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
  • Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure product availability and service support.

3. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencersarchitects, consultants, PMCs, builders, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits regularly to identify application needs and provide technical guidance to applicators.
  • Organize product awareness programs, seminars, and site demonstrations.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Collect and analyze competitor information, market trends, and pricing data.
  • Identify opportunities for new product introduction or market expansion.

5. Reporting

  • Maintain regular MIS reports on enquiries, leads, orders, and customer visits.
  • Provide monthly reports to management on project status, achievements, and challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Any Graduate ; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience:

    07-15 years of experience in

    project or institutional sales

    in the

    construction chemicals / building materials / infrastructure segment.

  • Industry Exposure:

    Preferably from companies dealing in waterproofing, admixtures, coatings, sealants & Cement.
