Job Description

As a Project Management Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing the Aero Duty Drawback project. You will be responsible for overseeing project activities, providing strong analytics to ensure successful claims. Your strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and ability to drive results will be essential in delivering the project on time. This role comes under Aero Pricing function, and you’ll work out of our Bangalore, India location on an On-site work schedule.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Lead and manage the Aero Duty Drawback project from initiation to closure
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize data analytics to assess project performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance project outcomes, particularly in relation to duty drawback calculations and reporting.
Develop dashboards and reports to communicate project metrics and insights to stakeholders effectively, ensuring that all parties are informed of the project's financial and operational impacts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and policies throughout the project
Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or related roles.
Ability to work independently and in a team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide practical solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and effectively communicate project status/challenges.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance Engineering, or related field.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience in auditing will be beneficial to ensure compliance and identify areas for process improvement
