Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at WeAssemble. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills with experience handling scrums, coordinating teams, and ensuring on-time project delivery. The Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final delivery, while ensuring clear communication and effective team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Scrum Management: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to manage the Scrum process.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with both internal teams and clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues promptly.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and roadblocks, and develop strategies for mitigation to keep the project on track.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Resource Management: Monitor project resources, ensuring the right allocation to tasks for optimal project delivery.
• Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including project health, milestones, and progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management within the IT industry.
• Proven experience with Agile methodology, especially Scrum.
• Strong communication skills to effectively lead meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate with the team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities to drive project success.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to manage and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
• Mumbai location is a must, with the ability to work from our office and coordinate with teams on-site.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working with international clients or teams.
• Familiarity with software development and IT infrastructure projects.
