Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership
• Own and manage end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives across business areasensuring structured planning, milestone alignment, and timely delivery.
• Strategic Facilitation
• Proactively initiate discussions, shape ideas into actionable projects, and co-create solutions with business teams and leadership.
• Stakeholder Alignment
• Drive engagement and alignment across senior stakeholders; bring the right people into the room, ensure clarity of roles, and secure buy-in at key decision points.
• Execution Excellence
• Build and track detailed project plans, manage risks, and remove bottlenecks. Operate in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments with discipline and urgency.
• Leadership Collaboration
• Work closely with CXOs and senior leadersconverting top-down strategic priorities into bottom-up action plans with measurable impact.

Prior work experience:

• 4-7 years of experience in project management, business strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
• In depth knowledge of Digit systems, products, processes and people.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skillsable to synthesize and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong facilitation, planning, and coordination capabilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a test-and-learn mindset.
