Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our software services team inBangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of managing software development and digital transformation projects, particularly in the eCommercedomain. You will be responsible for end\-to\-end project execution, stakeholderengagement, and ensuring successful client delivery aligned with businessobjectives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple clientprojects from initiation to deployment, ensuring quality, timeliness, andprofitability.

Act as the primary clientliaison, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring effective communicationthroughout project lifecycles.

Develop detailed project plans,define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress against KPIs.

Implement and oversee Agilemethodologies (Scrum\/Kanban) across cross\-functional teams to ensure efficientdelivery.

Identify project risks early,develop mitigation strategies, and manage change requests effectively.

Motivate and mentor projectteams to drive performance, accountability, and collaboration.

Prepare and present projectupdates, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and clientstakeholders.

Promote continuous improvementand contribute to process optimization across the delivery organization.
