Our mission is to help businesses scale efficiently by connecting them with the right technical resources. Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to actively seek out and engage potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and presenting relevant IT services and staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking. Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers in mid to large enterprises. Schedule meetings/demos for senior sales or business development teams. Maintain and update CRM tools with daily activities and lead status. Coordinate with technical recruiters to ensure timely delivery of profiles to clients. Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies. Follow up diligently and convert qualified leads into business opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly KPIs (leads, calls, demos booked, etc.). Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services/staffing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Based in Mumbai and available to join immediately. Preferred: Experience selling staff augmentation or IT consulting services in the Indian or UK market. Understanding of software development and IT outsourcing trends. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
