*Role Overview:*

As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with our CEO, providing critical support and strategic insight necessary to drive the company forward. This is a unique opportunity to be a trusted partner and advisor to the CEO, ensuring that the organization's vision and objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Shadow the CEO in daily operations and strategic initiatives.

- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies that align with our goals.

- Manage key projects, ensuring timely execution and communication across the organization.

- Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating collaboration and alignment.

- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

- Prepare presentations and reports for board meetings and stakeholder engagements.

- Represent the CEO in meetings when necessary.

*Qualifications:*

- An MBA or relevant degree from a premier institute.

- Proven experience in a senior management or strategic role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

- A proactive attitude with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
