Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate with customer and manage stock of inventory
Perform on-site installation and servicing of industrial grade inkjet printers and other VINSAK products/ machines.
Troubleshoot issues on-site and remotely.
Communicate issues effectively to escalation teams and provide feedback to customers.
Clearly articulate product capabilities and give technical training/demonstrations to customers.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and printing related problems in this field.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and printing related problems by phone support.
Provide preventive maintenance on all equipment and make recommendations to customers.
Proper documentation of all work required i.e., service reports, export expense, installation feedback forms, etc.
