We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platforms along with proven project management skills to ensure successful deployment, integration, and adoption of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full lifecycle Salesforce implementation projects, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, and external vendors.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, compliance, and quality standards.
Deliver regular project status updates and communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders.
Drive adoption and change management through user training and documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects end-to-end.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration capabilities.
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
