Project Manager

Job Title:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across software development and QA teams.
• Define project scopes, timelines, goals, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Manage change requests, scope creep, and project risks proactively.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, meeting notes, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies).
• Work closely with QA to ensure proper testing protocols and quality standards are met before delivery.
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize team performance and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 35 years of proven experience as a

  Project Manager

  or

  Program Manager

  in software development environments.
• Solid understanding of the

  SDLC

  (Software Development Life Cycle) and

  STLC

  (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Demonstrated experience managing

  quality testing

  and

  software development

  projects.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication

  skills.
• Strong command of

  project documentation

  , requirements gathering, and reporting.
• Experience with

  Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies

  .
• Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g.,

  Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, ClickUp

  , etc.)
• Strong organizational and

  time-management skills

  ; able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to

  collaborate effectively

  with distributed and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g.,

  PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP

  ) is a plus.
• Technical background or hands-on experience in software development or QA.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD workflows is a bonus.
