Job Title: Project Manager Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager with 35 years of experience in project/program management , software development , and quality assurance/testing . The ideal candidate needs to be a strong communicator, skilled in cross-functional coordination, and passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions on time. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams while maintaining clarity and focus on business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end project execution across software development and QA teams. Define project scopes, timelines, goals, and deliverables aligned with company objectives. Develop detailed project plans and ensure milestones are met on time and within scope. Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, designers, and stakeholders. Manage change requests, scope creep, and project risks proactively. Communicate project status, risks, and updates clearly to all stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including specifications, progress reports, meeting notes, and retrospectives. Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies). Work closely with QA to ensure proper testing protocols and quality standards are met before delivery. Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize team performance and project outcomes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 35 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in software development environments. Solid understanding of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle). Demonstrated experience managing quality testing and software development projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong command of project documentation , requirements gathering, and reporting. Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies . Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence, ClickUp , etc.) Strong organizational and time-management skills ; able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP ) is a plus. Technical background or hands-on experience in software development or QA.
