Job Title: Projects Manager – Renewable Energy Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 6+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Projects Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget, while ensuring high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution for renewable energy initiatives Oversee timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables across multiple projects Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and other cross-functional teams Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Drive cost efficiency and ensure optimal utilization of project resources Present detailed project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project execution practices Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing projects, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sector Strong leadership and team coordination skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) Deep understanding of renewable energy project lifecycle and operations Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities Show more Show less
