Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a solid engineering background (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) and minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in solar EPC projects of 250 kW and above. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of solar projects across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete lifecycle of solar EPC projects – from planning to commissioning

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple project sites

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Generate and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates

• Resolve on-ground challenges and ensure timely project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure or EPC sectors

• Prior experience in managing solar EPC projects (250 kW and above) is strongly preferred

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office

• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within North India
