Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the solar energy or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry. The role demands a dynamic professional who can generate leads, drive business development, and support project acquisition across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar EPC projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners
  • Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals and presentations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with project execution
  • Travel regularly to prospective and existing client sites

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience
  • Prior experience in the solar sector or other EPC-related businesses preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to meet targets
  • Willing and able to travel frequently across North India
