Project Manager Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Experience Level: 14 – 16 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager with strong Agile/Scrum expertise to lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles. The ideal candidate will play a dual role of Project Manager and Scrum Master, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects in alignment with business objectives, scope, and budget. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards. Agile Delivery: Act as a Scrum Master to drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics. Project Tracking: Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, TFS) to monitor progress, manage backlogs, and track sprint velocity. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints, ensuring adherence to security and compliance guidelines. Communication: Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations on project health and performance. Documentation: Create and maintain key project documentation including roadmaps, project plans, risk logs, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. Team Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between technical, QA, business analysts, and operations teams to drive project initiatives forward. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, principles, and tools. Proficient with project management tools like JIRA, TFS/Azure DevOps, and Confluence. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams, both technical and business-oriented. Knowledge of project governance, compliance, and risk management practices. PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
