Job Summary

Project Management professional

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee

  end-to-end project management

  , ensuring planning, coordination, and timely execution of all project activities.
• Prepare and maintain

  project schedules (L1, L2)

  in alignment with overall project timelines.
• Conduct

  weekly review meetings

  , release agendas and minutes of meetings (MOM), and track progress against deliverables.
• Develop and update

  daily and weekly MIS reports

  to monitor project performance and highlight critical issues.
• Perform

  critical path analysis

  and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with

  internal departments and external stakeholders

  to ensure 100% deliverables are met as per schedule.
• Liaise with

  vendors and contractors

  to ensure timely submission of drawings, material delivery, and documentation.
• Ensure all

  commissioning documentation

  is complete and submitted on time.
• Utilize

  MS Project

  for effective planning, tracking, and reporting of project schedules and resource utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15–20 years of experience in

  Project Management or Program Management

  , preferably in the

  Renewable Energy or Power sector

  .
• Strong expertise in

  MS Project

  with the ability to create, track, and manage detailed project schedules.
• Hands-on experience in

  resource management, coordination, and monitoring

  of multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record of

  successfully delivering multiple projects

  within defined timelines and budgets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
