Role & responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing with solid experience in driving Brand & Marketing strategy for new brand introduction in India, and spearheading campaigns and promotions for incremental business. Working alongside the Head of Commercial, this position will be part of the key players in establishing sales & marketing strategy, identifying key channels to amplify and build brand awareness under the roof of Joint Trip Hospitality Ptd. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for a collection of brands under the portfolio of JTPHL Formulate and lead integrated market activation and planning for new product & experience launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotions. Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels and partners. Monitor and control the quality of brand marketing related deliverables and activities and ensure they are well executed following the agreed brand strategy and guidelines Manage an effective communication process between the region and HQ office. Supervise pre-opening photography and videography and make sure a consistency delivery from a global brand perspective. Manage external agencies/consultants on special projects and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Communications/Marketing or other relevant disciplines preferred 10+ years of relevant work experience in the Brand and Marketing field on a regional level. Business Acumen - Ability to apply business principles, goals, and practices to project management and change management processes. Strong communicator: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teams. Previous experience working in large-scale/ complex organizations with multiple locations and stakeholders Project and process management skills: Ability to manage time and budget effectively, including balancing multiple priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to identify or implement systems and process improvements. Self-initiating and results-oriented. Cross-functional collaboration and leadership: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience leading and/or facilitating cross-functional groups. Ability to work cross-culturally in a matrix and dynamic organization Good eye and passion for what makes great creative work, both generally in terms of effective creativity for all marketing channels.
