Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination for ScriptoFi:
1. Assist in planning, organizing, and tracking projects to ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met.2. Maintain and update project plans using Jira, supporting the implementation of agile methodologies.
3. Identify and communicate risks or delays to the Project Manager, proactively working to resolve roadblocks.Documentation:
1. Create, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and meeting notes.2. Prepare project reports, summaries, and status updates for internal teams and clients.3. Ensure documentation standards are met for accessibility and consistency.4. Support in developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs as needed.Supporting Other ScriptoFi Projects:
1. Provide coordination support for additional ScriptoFi initiatives, ensuring tasks and priorities are well-tracked.2. Facilitate team collaboration and maintain task schedules across various projects.

Jira Coordination:
1. Maintain Jira workflows, boards, and dashboards to track task progress and team productivity.2. Support agile processes, including sprint planning and backlog updates.Ensure team members follow consistent Jira practices and provide basic training when necessary.Quality Tracking:
1. Collaborate with QA teams to track testing efforts and log issues or bugs in Jira.2. Monitor deliverables for adherence to quality benchmarks, escalating concerns to the Project Manager.Resource Coordination:
1.Help allocate resources across projects and ensure smooth task distribution.2. Track team progress and flag potential bottlenecks or resource gaps.Tech Stack Familiarity:
1. Knowledge of Nest.js, Next.js, or MongoDB is a plus but not mandatory.2. General understanding of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma is preferred.3. Coordination Skills4. Task Management: Ability to track and update tasks effectively using tools like Jira.5. Project Management Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, familiarity with 6.Confluence or similar tools is a plus.7. Documentation: Strong writing skills for creating and organizing technical and project documentation.Soft Skills:
1. Highly organized and detail-oriented.2. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.3. Adaptable and eager to learn new processes and technologies.5. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams and stakeholders.6.Multitasking: Comfortable juggling multiple projects or priorities simultaneously.7.Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying challenges and suggesting solutions.8.Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the development and design teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
