Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead software development and QA projects. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Agile methodologies, client communication, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor software projects from initiation to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, design) to meet project goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct regular project status meetings and share updates with stakeholders
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated regularly
- Monitor team performance and support resource allocation
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of project management experience in the software/IT industry
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Proficiency in creating project plans, timelines, and reports
- Experience in client handling and stakeholder management
Nice to Have:
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or related field
- Experience working in QA or automation-based teams
- Familiarity with development processes and SDLC
